Join Gini von Courter for an in-depth discussion in this video Setting advanced folder properties, part of Up and Running with Box.
…Box for Business gives me some new choices about things I can do with folders.…If I go to Properties, I have General Info and Email Options.…We've seen those before.…The list of collaborators, let's take a look at Security and Set Expiration.…Remember that now that we can set co-owners,…which we could not do in the personal version.…It gives no meaning to the restriction that says only owners and…co-owners can send collaborator invites.…This is actually a reason to make someone a co-owner, is you'd like them to…be able to help manage who has access to a particular folder or file.…
If we look at our set expiration properties.…If we have a shared folder, and this is a shared folder,…we can unshare a folder, and it will happen at the end of the day.…So if I know that this project is supposed to be done on June 30th.…And we have a hard policy that says as soon as a project reaches its deadline.…Then we are unsharing that folder, we're cutting off the teamwork on it.…I can say okay, we're going to unshare that folder on June 30.…
