Join Jen Kramer for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the exercise files, part of Bootstrap 3: Adding Interactivity to Your Site.
Exercise files for this course have been made available for all lynda.com subscribers. Simply download the exercise files to your computer and place them on the desktop for ease of access. The exercise files are organized by chapter number. I recommend you watch each chapter of this course from start to finish. In most cases, you won't have a working product until you've completed all the steps in that chapter. In chapter one, Installing Bootstrap 3, you'll integrate the provided images, custom styling, and starting HTML files with the latest version of Bootstrap that you'll download.
After that, you'll find a full copy of the current state of the site available for each video. I've provided the starting state in a start folder and the final state in a final folder. Working with the exercise files can add great value to the training. However, if you choose not to use the exercise files, you can still follow along with the videos, often using your own files and having a fulfilling learning experience.
