If so, Microsoft Bookings is an online and mobile app that can help streamline the appointment booking side of your business so you can concentrate on the service side. You can book appointments for you or your staff, or let your customers do it while enforcing booking policies you set. I'm David Rivers and I've been educating people on Microsoft products over the last 30 years, including Bookings, one of the relatively newer Office 365 for Business products from Microsoft. I've designed this course to help you get up and running with Microsoft bookings quickly. By the end, you'll know how to build your business page, add your staff and bookable services, and customize your site to conform to your own scheduling policies before you publish it and make it available to your customers. Before long, your customers will be booking your staff and services the way you want them to, all from their own computers, tablets, and smart phones.
