Set scheduling policies
- [Instructor] Here in Bookings, you have full control over the policies on how your customers can book their appointments. For example, you may not want them canceling within 24 hours hours of their appointment, or perhaps you don't want them booking appointments more than a year in advance. These are some of the scheduling policies you can set, and there's a couple of things we can do. We can set a default scheduling policy that will apply to all your services and then go into individual services and tweak them if necessary. So let's start with an individual service, for example, our Hot Yoga. We'll just click it anywhere to go in and edit. As we scroll down, you're going to see, by default, all of your services are going to use the default scheduling policy. So as we scroll down, there it is, Online Scheduling options. Use the default is checked off. So down below, you can see what the default is. Time increments…
