- [Instructor] The last thing you want is for customers to forget about appointments they may have booked. And that's why Bookings has automatic reminders that can be customized to go out to your customers and your staff. That's what we're going to explore in this movie. All we'll do is go to any one of the services we've already created and click it to edit. We don't have to scroll out to the right to see that little pencil icon. All you need to do is click anywhere in the line containing that service. I'm going to go with yoga, one of our group bookings. Clicking anywhere there takes us into the booking itself where we can make changes. Changes to anything we've already added or add information like reminders. Notice there is a reminders and confirmations group down below containing one default reminder that goes out the day before. You'll see this in every one of the services you've added and it looks exactly the same.…
