- [Instructor] When you book an appointment using Microsoft Bookings, whether it be from a computer or a mobile device, you're taken to a page with some options for rescheduling, canceling, or even adding another new booking, but what happens when you close that up and maybe down the road you do need to reschedule an appointment? Well, it can be done by accessing the link from the confirmation email that sent out when you book appointments. That's what we're going to do in this movie. You can see Karen did book a Good Sport massage with Mark Tristner, but she needs to reschedule. In the confirmation email, she can scroll down near the bottom to find the Manage Booking button, and tapping this or clicking it on a computer is going to take you to that page where you see those options to reschedule, cancel, or add a new booking, even.
