- [Instructor] Because Microsoft Bookings is part of Office 365, you'll have access to your calendar information on any device from anywhere, so long as you're connected. That's because it's all cloud based. But what happens when you don't have internet connectivity? Could be an outage, could be in a location where you can't access the internet. In that case, you might want to have a hard copy of your calendar information, that's what we're going to explore in this movie. With your calendar selected here on the left hand side, it doesn't matter what view you see right now, go up to print and click there. From here, you can see the calendar that is selected, and by the way, an organization can have more than one calendar, you may have subsidiaries, for example. We have the one and only Landon Hotel calendar. The view, you can see, is set to month, but clicking the dropdown allows us to switch to a daily view if we wanted to.…
