- [Instructor] When it comes to group bookings, the process from a customer point of view is exactly the same as booking any other appointment. Once the maximum number of attendees is reached, however, they won't be able to book that appointment. From our end, as administrators, there are restrictions we can apply and additional options we should explore. So, let's start by going to our Services. Just to refresh your memory, we have a couple of services, Yoga and Hot Yoga, which we set up as group bookings. In other words, a maximum number of people can attend at the same time. We set it to 10. The next thing we'll want to do is check out our Staff and make sure that one of them is available to teach these classes. I'm going to go with Dahlia here. Clicking Dahlia, I can see that she's a spa therapist. I can add after that yoga instructor and ensure that she's going to be available when we want these classes to occur.…
