Users of Bluebeam Revu are probably familiar with the File Access panel and that it shows the last 20 files opened in Bluebeam. In this video, explore additional tips and shortcuts that are performed by dragging and dropping files in and out of the File Access panel to make working with files in Bluebeam Revu faster and more efficient.
- [Instructor] Hi, and welcome back … to Bluebeam Tips and Tricks. … This week, I want to talk to you about the File Access panel. … So we're going to head on over here in Bluebeam Review 2018. … We're going to head on over to the left side of the screen … and find the File Access icon. … We're going to click on that ones to expand the panel … and take a look at what we can do here. … So the first thing you'll see is that there's a list … of my most recently used files … here in the File Access panel and this will actually store … your 20 most recently used files. … So it's a pretty handy way of finding things … that you were just working on. … You'll also notice that when I hover over these, … it'll expand and open up a thumbnail of that file … so you can see exactly what it is that you're looking at. … And if you click on the thumbtack here, … you have the option to pin that file up top. … And now that'll never go away. … It'll never drop out of Recents, … it'll always be up here in pinned. …
