Using sketch tools to redline drawings
- [Instructor] In addition to just using symbols to add As Built notations to our construction drawings, sometimes I have a need to sketch things out on the construction drawings and when I'm talking about As Built notations, I probably need to sketch things out to scale so they appear correctly on the construction drawings that I'm going to hand off to the owner at the end of the project. To do that, I can use Bluebeam's built-in Sketch to Scale tools and I'll demonstrate that by going and grabbing the exercise file for this video. We'll just click on Open. We're going to open the exercise file for Chapter Seven which is our set of sample construction documents and when you click on that, it should open to page 11 for you, which is Sheet A2.3.
