The Markups list is a unique feature built in to all versions of Bluebeam. In the Revu for iPad app, the Markups list can be used to find more information about each markup added to the drawings, including who added it and when it was added. Jim demonstrates how to use the Markups list to sort and filter markups, assign responsibility and set the status, and how to reply to markup and comments right from within the Bluebeam Revu iPad app.
- [Voiceover] At this point, I'm starting to get…a lot of markups added to my drawings,…and I think it'd be useful if I had a way…to know when these markups were added,…who added them, and what they're for.…Bluebeam's Markup list gives me that information.…Bluebeam's Markup list is always found…at the bottom of the app by tapping that handle…which expands the Markup list.…What you see here is a list of all of the markups…that have been added to my drawing,…and there's a lot of things I can do with this list.…
For one thing, any time I tap one of the markups,…it zooms to that area on the drawing and selects it…in case I want to work with that markup.…I also have the ability to view different information…and change the information about each one of those markups.…So for example, let's select the area measurement,…and you'll see here it says that I'm the one that added it.…This is when I added it, and I can scroll over…and see some additional information, for example, comments.…
So any of the markups that have been added…
