In Bluebeam Revu for the iPad files that are stored in the cloud can be copied to your Ipad or they can be synced to your Ipad. Jim explains that sync is a two way function that can be used to keep everyone up to date. Jim demonstrates how to set up sync, how to know which documents are synced to the cloud, and how to pin files to the file access tab for easy access any time.
- [Voiceover] So far I've shown you how to access files…that are stored in the cloud.…Now to set these features up,…you have to be connected to the Internet.…Of course, you'll need Internet access…to find, open, and save files…in any of these cloud storage accounts.…But what if I want work on a document…when I don't have Internet access?…To do this, I need to enable file sync.…Now this is very quick and easy to do,…and I can enable sync for an entire folder…or just for individual files.…So let's take a look at this process.…To do this, I'm gonna tap again on File Access icon.…
Now before we start looking at which files are synced…and which ones aren't,…we want to make that this icon is green.…If this icon's not green, make sure to tap on it…so that the view enables both device-stored documents…and cloud-stored documents.…So it's green and I'm gonna go ahead and click this icon,…which means the view that I'm gonna look at next…is gonna show me documents that live…both in the cloud and on my device.…Let's go ahead and tap on the Dropbox account…
