- [Voiceover] Now that you have an understanding of how to use Bluebeam to manage your construction drawings in a digital format, you should start to see that we really are at a point where we can seriously consider replacing our old paper processes. Bluebeam gives us a great set of tools to process the CAD drawings that are already being generated by the design team, into a set of lightweight and linked PDF files that are easy to access, navigate, mark up and share, right from the field. Just remember some key points when you're switching to digital drawings. Remember to use consistent naming conventions when you set those drawings up. Split the drawing files into single sheet documents, and use the features found in the Sets tab, to navigate and handle those revisions. And remember to be consistent with using Relative Paths, so that links are updated if you move the files.
