Bluebeam Revu for the iPad contains built-in tools that allow construction drawings to be quickly marked up in the field. In this video, Jim demonstrates how to access and use the built-in markup tools, including the tools that can be used to mark up drawings in ways that match the methods used to mark up paper drawings, such as the Cloud and Comment tool, and the Stamp tool.
- [Voiceover] Now that I know how to access…my drawings and documents, let's start looking at…what I can actually do with these files.…Here I've opened up our first floor…layout plan for the project…and the information that I see right now on the screen,…the lines and the text on the page,…are part of the original design document…and I don't have any tools here in the app…that would let me edit any of this text…or erase and change any of the lines.…The only real editing tool that I do have here in the app…is the ability to add, delete, or rotate pages…and I can access that function easily…by clicking here to open up the left-side viewing pane…and accessing my thumbnails tab.…
Here in the thumbnails tab,…you'll see that I can easily rotate a page…just by doing that on the screen.…I can also add pages before or add pages after…and you'll notice that when I do add pages…here in the iPad app, I don't have any control…over the size of the page,…it's just simply gonna add a page that duplicates…the page that I was viewing when I clicked on add.…
