When navigating through a large set of construction drawings and following hyperlinks that take you deep into the drawing set, getting back to the page you started from can be tedious as you page back through the set. Fortunately Bluebeam Revu contains a built-in back button that can be enabled. In this video Jim explains how to find, enable, and use the Previous View button in Bluebeam Revu.
- [Instructor] Hey, welcome back … to Bluebeam: Tips and Tricks. … I'm Jim Rogers and in this episode … I want to address a frequently asked question … that I get or actually this is usually … a frequently voiced compliant that I get … about Bluebeam not having a back button … to help navigate through large sets … of construction drawings … or really any large set of documents. … So, let's take a look. … The issue here is that if we zoom in … and we look at our sheet index … in this set of construction drawings, … you see this set of drawings has 93 pages, … so it's not huge but it's big enough. … I mean, sometimes we have hundreds … or even thousands of sheets in a set … of construction documents … and when we're following hyperlinks … through the set of drawings, … it would be really nice to have a back button … and we don't see that anywhere on the screen. … I've got a forward button … and I've got a button to go to the previous page … but it's not a true back button. … So, in other words, if I click here …
