- [Instructor] One of the common things that many of us in the AEC professions use Bluebeam Revu for is to digitally sign documents. Whether it's drawings or design details or contracts or submittals, we can use a digital signature on any of these types of digital documents, and it has the same effect as signing a paper version of the document. In previous episodes of Bluebeam Tips and Tricks, I've explained the concepts of digital IDs, and I've shown you how you can create your own so that you can digitally sign documents. I've also discussed the fact that one of the advantages of using a digital ID is the fact that anyone looking at this signed document can verify both the digital signature, and they can verify whether or not the document's been altered since it was signed.
