Now that should certainly be an educated guess,…but sometimes even the best of plans runs into problems.…And problems on a construction site tend…to translate to delays.…Let's look at a typical scenario.…When a trade contractor bids a job,…they do their best to anticipate conditions…and estimate the labor and the equipment demands.…As a project progresses though, sometimes things change.…
