Emailing a document is a common task in today's digital construction environment. In this video Jim demonstrates how to find and use the email tool in Bluebeam Revu to create an email and attach the current PDF document in a single click using your computer's default email client.
- [Jim] Hi, Jim Rogers here bringing you another episode … of Bluebeam Tips and Tricks. … And this week's episode falls under that category … of how to be more productive when you're working … in Bluebeam Revu. … Now whenever we're working with a set … of construction drawings or really any document, … we oftentimes have the need to email this document … to other people. … So I might apply a bunch of markups to this set of drawings … and ask some questions. … I need to email it to somebody and get a response … or email it to somebody and show them what I've done. … Now, I can always make my markups, save this document, … close it, open my email client, start a new email, … and attach this file. … But in Bluebeam Revu, there's actually an easier way … that's much quicker, and it's built right in. … So let's find that up here in the File menu. … We'll click on File, if you scroll down to the bottom, … you'll see there's an email function built right in, … and I'm going to show you how this works. …
