Bluebeam Revu contains the ability to add custom headers and footers to any PDF documents such as construction drawings, specifications, or other documents. In this video Jim demonstrates how to use the Bluebeam Revu Add Headers and Footers tool to add custom headers with static and dynamic content to all the sheets in your PDF files.
I'm Jim Rogers and in this episode, … I'd like to answer one of those … frequently asked questions that I get … and this one relates to adding headers or footers … to your plan sheets, your construction specifications, … or really any PDF document that you're working … with here in Bluebeam Revu. … Now, Bluebeam Revu has a lot of tools, … and the capability to add text box, … and just typewritten text to your documents … so that's one way to do it, … but there's actually a much faster way … to add headers and footers to your document. … It's built right in to Bluebeam Revu. … It's just not found under the Tools menu. … To find it, you have to go over to the Document menu … at the top of the screen here, … click once, and then scroll down … to Headers & Footers. … When we hover over that, we expand that menu, … and the next thing we're going to do in our case … is click on Add because we're just getting started … with headers and footers. … So we're going to add. … When we click that, we get a dialogue box …
