- [Narrator] We can run this part of the process which is just these two actions. Create instance and create workbook. Before we do that, I'll just zoom a little bit on the grid, so we can see the actions a bit better. So now, click on create instance and then set next stage. We're going to use the Step Over twice, in order to create an instance and create the consolidated report. On this pop up window you can click on okay, just because the create consolidated report action is not connected to any other stage. You can now see the two stages have been executed, however we can not see the Excel work sheet open. We can use the show action in Excel, if we want to see the workbook actually opened. However, this does not tend to be a best practice as it slows down the processing while the Excel workbook is open.
