- [Instructor] As we now have all stages required for creating the consolidated report, we can move into completing the Get Weekly Data page. Before we proceed, we need to make sure the Weekly Report Files collection is set as a global variable so we can access it from the Get Weekly Data page. So navigate to the Create Monthly Report page and double click on the Weekly Reports Files collection. Make sure you un-tick the "Hide from other pages in the process" option and click on okay. As in every Excel interaction, we need to create a reference to the Weekly Report before opening it. We will navigate back to the Get Weekly Data page and create a new action in the MS Excel VBO. Double click on it in order to rename it to Create Instance. Similarly to before, we are going to select the MS Excel VBO from the business object.
