- The next step of the process will be to extract the information out of the weekly Excel report. We will be using the Get Worksheet as a collection from the Excel VBO. Create a new action just after the Remove Blank Rows. Double-click on it and call it Get Data from Weekly Report. From the business object, we're going to select the MS Excel video. From the action dropdown, we're going to navigate down to the Get Worksheet as Collection. As you can see here, we have three options for the same action. Get Worksheet as Collection, Get Worksheet as Collection Fast, and Get Worksheet as Collection Offset. The Get Worksheet Collection is a standard one which uses as input the handle, the workbook name, and the worksheet name. Each of these need to be entered in order the information to be extracted.
