Filter collection action

- [Instructor] We would like to create one consolidation report per account. Which means we need to filter the collection extracted from the weekly report by the account number we're currently processing. We'll be using the filter collection action from the utility collection manipulation object. Create a new action just after the close instance. Double click on it and call it filter weekly report data. However, we haven't actually imported the collection manipulation object just yet. So navigate back to the main screen of Blue Prism and click on Import. Click on browse and then look for the collection manipulation object. Double click on that, click next, and then finish. Navigate back to the Get Weekly Data page. And double click on the filter weekly report data. And from the drop down, we'll be looking for the collection manipulation object. However, that's not available. You can click on OK, make sure the changes on your process have been saved. And what we're going to do is just reopen this particular process in order for changes to take effect. We'll navigate back to the Get Weekly Data page and double click on the filter weekly report data. Under the business object, you can now see the utility collection manipulation is now available to you. From the action drop down, select the filter collection. Here, we have two inputs required. The collection in and the filter. The collection in would be the weekly report data we have already extracted. We'll still need to set up the output of this action. Which would be the collection out. Within the file name, just type quickly report data and filter to the end. Just make sure you also click on the button in order to create the collection. Once created, we can move on setting up the expression filter.
