- [Instructor] As part of getting the amount balanced for each GL account we first need to extract only the unique GL accounts from the weekly data collection. It might be more efficient to create a custom code stage, but we'll continue using the built in Blue Prism functionality. We'll need to look through the weekly data collection which already exists, but also a second collection which will only contain the GL account numbers. Create a new collection and call it GL Accounts. Under the Fields tab we're going to create a new field and we'll call it GL Account which will be from Type, Text. Once done you can click on OK to save the changes. In order to loop through the weekly data we're going to create a Loop Stage just after the Get Weekly Data. Double click on the Loop Stage and call it Weekly Data. From the Collection drop down select the Weekly Data collection. And once done you can click on OK to save the changes. We'll…
