Construct the email body
- [Instructor] When it comes to the email body, it gets a bit more complicated, as you need to concatenate the information from the work queue and the CSV file downloaded from Airtable. What we want to do is to get only the information relevant for the order we're currently processing. We'll need another object here which is called utility collection manipulation. We'll import that by clicking on File, import, browse and again, we're going to look for the Collection Manipulation object. We'll double click on it in order to import it. Click next, and finish. Going back to the process, we'll save the process including an edit summary, and click save. We'll reopen the process in order to make sure the imported object is now visible to the process layer. We'll navigate back to the Send Email with Order Status. What we need here is another action which we'll place on the grid. We'll double click here, and call it Filter Collection. From the Business Object, we'll select Utility-Collection…
