- [Narrator] Blue Prism can be considered to consist of three main components which, linked together, represent an automated process. It's very important to understand the functionality and structure of each of them before you move on to the actual configuration. So, the three main components of Blue Prism are Object Layer, Application Modeller, and Process Layer. The interface to the Application is contained within the Object Layer. The Business Object can be found under the Studio's tab and it consists of functionalities which are created and performed against one Application. It's very important to remember that one Business Object can be configured to only one Application at a time, which means you have an Object for an Application. The number of functionalities which are required for the automated process tend to be quite large and it might be easier to split them into multiple Objects by the functionality they perform or the screen they use.
