Visual effects for Grease Pencil

- One of the cool things you can do to your Grease Pencil drawings is add 2D effects. With the introduction of Blender 2.83 some of those effects have moved around since Blender 2.80, so let's take a look at them. Now, if you already have a drawing, you can just start and follow along from here. But if you don't, you can hit Control + "n", make a new general file, hit "x" to delete this cube, Shift + "a", Grease Pencil, Monkey. There we go. So now we have a pre-made drawing. Now it helps to go to our world settings and make this background white. That's because all of these effects depend on Rendered Mode, so we're going to want to make sure that we're rendering things. One of the first big changes in Blender 2.83 is the use of lights. It used to be that when you clicked on your drawings and went to this little magic wand tool, you had a light effect.
