Scale him up. Go to Sculpt Mode. If you have a Wacom tablet, that's what this little button does, enables pressure. If you don't that's okay. And this is your strength, I'm going to kick it up to one. I'm going to scroll down and click on Dyntopo. Here's the error. If you have a UV map already on your mesh, Dyntopo will wreck it. But that's okay. Dyntopo stands for dynamic topology, which allows you the ability to create geometry on the fly, which is what we're doing right here.
