- [Illustrator] Sometimes sculpting and blender requires a bit of fine tuning. You want to hide other things and focus just on what's in front of you. You going to accomplish this by using masking. Let me show you, now heals the scroll down on the left here and go to the bottom, and you'll see a handful of tools that are black and white. There's Mask, Face Sets, Box Mask and Box Hide. We're going to cover Face Sets in another video. So let's just focus on Mask for right now. I'm going to click on here and literally just start painting. That's all I'm going to do. Here, you'll see that it paints like a light gray. I can come up to the top and really kick up the strength and paint a lot harder if you come to my tool options, you can see a lot of the same things that we've seen before that are up here at the top.
