Masking in sculpture

- [Instructor] Sometimes when you're sculpting in Blender, you want to focus on one tiny specific part. How do you do that? With the cunning use of a mask. Let me show you. Go ahead and just paint some stuff. It doesn't matter what, just get in there and do some stuff. There you go, it looks interesting. Weird cool stuff over here. Now at the bottom left, click on Mask, go on the top right here, let's come to Tool Settings and bring this out for some real estate. I'm going to set the strength up to one, right click and set my radius down a little bit and then just paint a mask. It doesn't matter what. I'm just going to paint some interesting shapes here. See what we can get. Like a triangle-y shape, I'm going to fill this in. Because symmetry's on, it's going to symmetrize that over there. Okay, now come to Draw, let's make a big brush where I click, let's make the strength a little bit higher and just start moving. And you can see that it is obeying where the mask is by not raising…
