- [David] Let's say you had two models, and you wanted to transfer the UVs from one object to the other. How would you do it? Well, in Blender you have two options and it's dependent upon one critical factor: vertice count. Let's take a look. First, let's switch this to Cycles. And let's pretend we had two cubes. Now I want to come over here and make a brand new texture, New, we're going to call it Color, Color Grid, then we're going to come back over here, Use Nodes, and let's make this a Image Texture, Color, and this one should auto update as well. Now in this one, I'm going to hit Tab, U, Smart Unwrap, and go into Material mode. Now the cube on the right does not have any UVs, but the cube on the left does. So to transfer them, I'm going to pick the object that has the incorrect or no UVs and any others if I had multiple. So then I'm going to shift right click on our main cube that has a correct UVs. Go to control L, transfer UV maps. And voila! You now have UVs on a different…
