- [Instructor] In this week's Blender's Tips, Tricks and Techniques, I'm going to show you the magical world of Dynamic Paint. Let's get started. First, let's kill this cube here, so hit X, delete and let's get rid of the lamp, shift C to center the scene and let's add a plane, scale it up a little bit and right about here let's open up our Properties and add a subdivision surface. I'm actually going to go up to say six, go to simple so I get a nice square and yeah, that looks pretty good, so let's hit Apply. Next, I want to add a monkey, so let's add a monkey. When we move him about here, going down, rotate him. That's looks about right, he's halfway through the floor, hit I, location rotation scale and let's overshoot the end here, G, shift Z and let's key him on this corner, so now he's doing one of those. Cool. Now, let's click on this plane, let's go to Physics, Dynamic Paint, Add Canvas, let's go to the monkey, Dynamic Paint, Brush, Add Brush. Without doing anything else, let's…
