- [Announcer] In our previous, Blender's tips, tricks, and techniques, I showed you a very, very basic overview of how to use Freestyle. And in this week's tips and tricks I want to dive a little deeper and play a little bit more with things like thickness and noise. Okay, so let's hope you have this monkey, with multiple colors, if not, that's okay just turn on Freestyle and make sure these options are on. Now let's come back to 3D view and let's play a little bit more. One of the things that you can do right away, is to play with thickness. So click on thickness, go to 'add modifier and calligraphy'. And that's it, actually. Just don't do anything else, just render that and let's see what you get. Whoa, that's pretty wicked already! You get this nice, curving look, and of course you can play with all of these options. Get it really thin, maybe not too thick. You want to be careful about making it too thick, in fact, we'll just leave it at 10 for now. And let's go to slot number…
