Viewing the course roster

There are four ways that I'd recommend to view your course roster in Blackboard. You can go to Course menu > Tools, and then roster, or down under Course Management, if you scroll down, you could actually go to Users and Groups and then Users, or to Grade Center, or to Evaluation and Performance Dashboard. Now we talked about viewing rosters back in chapter 1, but we went through that kind of quickly. It was a last-minute guide the Blackboard 9. I want to go back over this one more time, because it's going to help you when it comes time for you to manage your roster.

How can you tell who exactly is involved in your Blackboard course? Well, there are four-way that I recommend. The first way, let's go to Tools, scroll down, and I'll click on Roster, and there is no one enrolled in my course. Well, no, not exactly. We haven't done the search yet. We have to go and say Not Blank and then click on Go, and that shows me the first and last names of the students enrolled in...
