it just means that your instructor is chosen to turn this area off.…However, if you do see this link, click on it and you'll see a collection of…course tools specifically designed for students.…Now just like your instructor can choose to turn on or turn off the Tools area,…your instructor can also choose to turn on or turn off specific tools.…What you see here may not exactly match what you'll see in your Blackboard…
