Creating an empty test - Blackboard Tutorial
From the course: Blackboard Essential Training
Creating an empty test
Creating a test in Blackboard is actually a four step process. First, you create the test itself. Second, you set the tests question settings. Third, you add the questions and fourth you deploy the test to your students. We're going to focus on creating the test in this movie, in the next movie and then the rest of the movies in this chapter we'll look at how to set the test question settings and how to add questions to our test. And in the next chapter we'll actually deploy the test so that our students can start taking it. So lets create a test, we need to go to a Content area on the course menu. I got a content area, an assignments folder. Your menu items can have different names and you can create your own content area or rename menu item if you want we talked about that back in the chapter in customizing your course site. For now, let's just use assignments. I'm going to click on Assignments. Now again you may be tempted to click on Build Content. Resist that urge. Remember…
