- [Bonnie] In this course, we've looked at best practices for managing projects with Basecamp, but Basecamp has a lot of features we haven't touched on. To become a true Basecamp master, click the purple question mark. It's at the bottom right of any page in Basecamp. When you do that, the Answers box opens. Down at the bottom of the Answers box, you can type in search terms. So for example, if I type in hill chart and then press enter, I will see topics related to hill charts and I can click the one that looks like what I want to read. After I've read that, I can click the X to close that other box. Now I want to get back to the initial page in the Answers box so I'm going to go up and click that left pointing arrow up at the top left.
