- [Instructor] Some deliverables have a lot of uncertainty. Like a radical new airplane design, or a new cancer treatment. The team has to explore different approaches and try things out to figure out the right solution. After they get over that hill, estimates are better and work goes faster. That's where the Hill Chart comes in handy. So here I'm logged in as Jessica Vespes, the project manager. And we're looking at the page for the Downtown Denver store project. So let's click the box for To-dos and then click the Promotion to-do list. To see the Hill Chart, you want to go up to the top right and click the three horizontal dots. On the drop-down menu, click Track this on the Hill Chart. When you do that, you see the Hill Chart up above the to-do list. Now let's take a look at this chart.
