- [Announcer] Organizations usually have more proposed projects than time, money, and resources. So you need to evaluate and prioritize the projects you'll undertake. When you have a selection team and base camp, it's message board is a great place to track project proposals. On the home page, I'm going to click the project selection team, that takes me to the page for that team. So I'm going to go ahead and click Message Board. Now the first thing we're going to do is to create a category for the project proposals. That way it's easy to see them all in one place. Now I'm going to click New Message and you'll see up at the top, there's a button, Pick a Category. I'm going to click that and click Add Categories cause I don't have any yet. Then in this pop-up box, I'm going to click Add a Category. I'll add an icon for it and then type in the name, Proposed Projects, then I'll click the green check mark. Now I have the…
