Announce selections in HQ
- [Instructor] After you select projects to work on, the rest of the organization needs to know what's coming up. Basecamp's HQ feature makes company-wide announcements easy. To get to the HQ, on the homepage, you click the box that's up and just slightly to the right, just below the heading that says Two Trees Olive Oil Inc. So I'm going to click that box to go to the page for the HQ. The HQ has all the same tools as you have in teams and projects. In this case, I want to send a message to the organization, so I'm going to click the message board box. Then I'll click new message, and the title for this message is going to be Our Q2 Projects. I want to announce the projects that the organization's going to work on in Q2. So I type the title, and now I'm going to add the text for the message. Now let's say that I've typed that up somewhere else, so I'm going to copy that from the other program, and then I can paste it in.…
