- [Instructor] Now that we've got an approval workflow in place, let's take a look at kicking off the review process. The first thing I want to point out is permissions. The review process is going to happen with some documents that are in the plans folder. And before I invite people to participate in a review I need to make sure they have permissions to this folder. So, I'll click on the ellipses here and go to permissions, and you can see I've set this up. The same roles that I'm using in the review workflow architect, designer, and project manager have all been added to this folder, and they've all been given view, download, upload, and edit permissions. This is important, if they're given read-only permissions they're not going to be able to participate in the review. So that's all good to go, and that's something you want to make sure of.
