- [Eric] As your project grows, you're going to have a lot of files listed in BIM 360 Docs. Let's see how you can use sorting to make the list easier to read. Now, our list is very short in our very simple example project that we've been using. We've only got three files in this folder. But you'll notice that for each column heading, I can click to sort based on that column heading. The default is to sort by name, ascending alphabetically. So a to z from top to bottom. That's why you see Madison and then Madison again and Sample because s comes after m. If I click the column heading again, it will arrange things in ascending order, so it'll be z to a in this case. Now I can sort by other columns as well. I can sort by designed by or due date. Description wouldn't help me much here because there isn't any information in that column.
