Sharing markups

- [Instructor] The thing about markups is that you're usually creating them for someone else, someone who's going to address the markups and make the changes. If that's the case, then you're going to need to share your markups. Let's see how that works. There are two ways to share a markup from BIM 360. One is printing a marked up sheet, and the second is sharing the marked up sheet. Now, while printing is an option, it's really not the ideal option, because as soon as I print this sheet in front of me, I'm basically making another copy of it. So now there are two versions, or two copies, of the same information and that can lead to confusion. It's better to always keep the files in BIM 360 as that single source of truth. Why make another copy, or another version of this file, if there really doesn't need to be one?
