- [Instructor] Now that we've seen how the markup tools work let's actually get into a drawing and mark it up. Going to click this Madison.rvt file. Click the 2D tab and then scroll down until I see sheet A2.2. And what we'd like to do is mark up this plan to convey to an architect or a designer the changes that we'd like to see made to this drawing. And the primary change we want to make is we want to take this large office space here and break it up into three separate rooms. So to get started I'd like to draw some walls. So I'll come over here to my Shapes icon and I'll fly that out so that I can pick the line tool. Click the line tool and then I'm going to zoom in nice and close so I can see this little section of wall and snap to the nearest on this edge. Now if I zoom out too far then all I get are end points and I really want to precisely pick this point right here. So I'll click that point, zoom out and pan downward a…
