- [Instructor] As you can probably guess, in a complex project, there can be quite a few sets. What tools does BIM 360 have for managing them? Let's take a look. You may have noticed when I go into sets view that there's a link over here that says manage sets. If I click on that link, it brings up the manage sets dialogue box. Here I can create a new set. If I have a long list of sets, I can type in a keyword to search for one of them or I can even come down here to any existing sets and change their name or even delete them. So if I come over here and delete the 20% submission set, what happens? Are the files in that set also deleted? Of course not. BIM 360 saves everything. So the versions of those sheets are still stored in BIM 360 and they're still available, it's just that the set assignment has been removed. I could recreate that set once again and reassign those sheets no problem. So there you have it.…
