- [Instructor] BIM 360 Docs can show a lot information about the files that you store within it. For that reason it can be helpful to organize that information by configuring columns. Let's see how it works. You'll notice that the files on my screen are arranged with certain columns. And what we'd like to look at in this video is can I configure those columns, and if I can, how do I do that? The answer is using this gear icon in the top-right corner. When I click the gear icon you can see that for most of the column headings I can actually turn them on and off using the checkboxes. Now, there are a few that I can't, and that's Description, Version, and Set. Something else I can do with these column headings is reorder them. You'll notice that as I hover over each one, this dotted area pops up letting me know that that's an area that I can grip and drag to a different location. So just to show how this works, I'm…
