- [Narrator] If you think about it, the drawing documents for a project don't all come in at once. There are 20% submissions, 50% submissions, design development, bidding documents, construction documents and everything in between. This can get messy in a hurry, when you're managing all these submissions, yet trying to keep a single source of truth in the project. That's where sets come in. So far we've only seen folders view in BIM360 docs. You may have seen the sets button here and been curious as to what its purpose is, so let's go ahead and click on sets and take a look. Now I will say this, the files that I've uploaded right now into the plans folder, these are not the files we've been working with in the other videos.
