Adding service-level agreements
- [Instructor] SLAs are an important document we should keep around. They could either come from a vendor or an internal IT group or any kind of contract you have. So let's jump into BIM 360 Ops, let's go to our portfolio, let's go down to service level agreements, let's add, let's add a description. We'll call it Template. Add a category. Let's just call it SLA template. Priority, Low. SLA group. We could add a group or leave it blank. It's fine. Let's click Submit. Now notice that we can view the history of it. I made it. We can go back out to our main screen. There you go. That's how you make a service level agreement.
