- Now that we've dealt with tasks in the administration tab, we can go ahead and start assigning tasks to people. As I had mentioned before, we can either do this on the PC or on the iPad. Each has slightly different functionality. So, I'd like to start on the PC. I'm going to go to my BIM 360 Field project. On my navigation bar, I'm gonna make sure that I'm on Tasks. Notice that we can either show a calendar, or we can list the tasks. I'm going to go by month. I'd like to assign a task for Friday the 13th. So, if we just double click into the white area here, we'll see that we have a new event that's scheduled. That will open up this dialogue, and it's gonna be a new task. For the name, I want it to say clean room before weekend. For the description, don't leave before you do this. Responsible company, you know what, I'm gonna make the owner do it. Scheduled for, Friday the 13th. Locations, I'm gonna go to room 104, I guess, or any location that you have brought into your model. We…
