If you want to learn more about it, check out my course Introduction to Microsoft 365 in the library. In addition you should have a good understanding of using and supporting Windows and Office 365 apps within a business environment then you should be in good shape. You may already have some of the skills outlined in this course, therefore you can either watch all of the course or choose the specific chapters that you're interested in. And remember the Cloud revolution is happening now.
